We need an accurate headcount to make this event fun for everyone. Once we have a headcount, we will know our final budget for activities. We have extended registration deadline to April 15th with 50% downpayment. Final payment is due June 30th.
What's included?
Registration includes all meals, activities and lodging for the entire reunion as well as a T-Shirt for each person and a welcome bag for each family. Meals include soft drinks, milk/ milk alternatives, water, juice, and sports drinks. *Alcohol is not included but you are welcome to bring your own adult beverages as we will have plenty of space in the commercial refrigerators.
How much does it cost?
We want to make this reunion as affordable as possible to attend but we also want everyone to be comfortable and stress free. Registration fees go directly to the food, venue, and activities during the event. We are asking for a downpayment by April 15th and the final payment by June 30th. If you need more time to pay or are interested in volunteering or contributing to the event financially, please reach out to Jenny or Daniel.
